N Johnson slaves emancipated
I Nicholas Johnson of Bedford County & state of Virginia having under my care one negro woman named Fanny Henry aged about 38 years also a girl named Patience Henry aged about five works as for the woman I do for my self my heirs executors & administrators severally relate unto her the said Fanny all my right interest and claim of or pretentions of claim whatever us to for future or to any estate she may hereafter acquire without any Inter upon from me or any person claiming for by from or under me; as also to the said girl Patience Henry when she arrives at the age of eighteen. In witness where of I have ~ herunto let my hand and seal this 26th of the first month 1801.
