Wildman Negro Billy Immancipation
Being fully concerned of the impropriety of holding in bondage the person of my fellow creature I hereby relinquish all and every title or claim or presumption of claim whatever to the person of Billy aged two years the first day of the ninth month last after he arrives at the age of twenty one as witness my hand this twenty forth day of the month one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine 1799 Wm Wildman
At a court held for Bedford County the 24th day of June 1799 this instrument of writings acknowledged by William Wildman Party there & orderd to be recorded
