I Thos. Wright of Campbell County from mature deliberate consideration being fully persuad
that freedom is the Natural right of all mankind do therefore declare that having under my care
three Mallatto garles [mulatto girls] namely Betsy sixteen years of age Mary fourteen Eliza seven
years of age also a negro girl names Riah three years of age I do hereby for myself my heirs
Exors and adms or any other person claiming for by or under me relinquish all rite title or claim
thereto Estate they may acquire after they shall attain to the age of eighteen years. In witness
whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 14th day of April one thousand and eight
hundred.

This Deed of Manumission was acknowledged by Thomas Wright party thereto and ordered to
be recorded.
