This is William Spelmonds last will and dying -
words he desierd that his wife Saley Speelmond -
should keep all that he had during hir life and
then it should be equeley divided between Gorge
Gouson and Abram, the artickels one negro man -
Abim one hors and Cart four Catell two beds two
two Chists one lume and harnes two tables three -
pots one duch oven, one pan twelve plats two
dishes four basons two wheals five chers one pot -
= rack and two pr of hooks two Sows and five pigs -
three fat pots and one negro gal Cate he desired that
at his wif death abram should be set free ~
January 16th 1794 -

At a Court held for Norfolk County the 17th day of
February 1794. This last Nuncupative will of William
Spelmonds deceased was this day established by the
oaths of Thomas Evans and Molly Brown and ordered
to be recorded ~ Teste
