Know all men by these presents, that I Jesse Parker. of the County of Southampton in the state of Vir =
ginia have manumitted emancipated and set free and by these presents do manumit emancipate and
set free a negro Man slave named Daniel (some times called Daniel Clarke, and I do hereby declare him
the said Daniel to be entirely liberated from slavery, and entitled to all the rights and privileges of
a free person which it is in my power to vest him he the said Daniel is about years of age of bright complexion
and deprived of the right leg. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this the 17" day of December 1832 Jesse Parker (Seal)

At a Court held for the County aforesaid the 17" day of December 1832.
This deed was acknowledged by Jesse Parker party thereto and ordered to be Recorded
