of the purchase money of said Hannah being paid to me by said Will, and
wishing to give to the said Hannah the benefit of full & perfect freedom.
I do hereby release to her all right or claim to her, and do by these presents emancipate and give to her full and perfect freedom, which liberty and
freedom the said Hannah has been entitled to from the said 15th day of
August 1825, this deed of emancipation would at the date aforesaid have
been executed, but it was believed by the undersigned that the deed of Will
to the said Hannah would to all intents and purposes fully emancipate
her. In Testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal May 6th
