Be it known to all whom these presents may concern, that [illegible] to an act passed May 1782 entitled “An Act to emancipate Slaves”, that I Charles Buckley of the county of Russell, by [illegible] do give up all my title, claim, to Aaron Broddy, son of Kim Broddy, of the county of Washington in the State of Virginia. Given under my hand this 21st day of [illegible], one thousand seven hundred and ninety-five.
