To all persons whom it may concern, I Daniel Muse being in full possession in the title of Fanny, a negro woman, daughter to old cook Mimy, & Fanny’s three children Sally, Meritchee & her young son Lindsey, I do, my heirs and assigns from this date set Fanny & her three children mentioned above free to all intents & purposes & all hers and her children’s future increase, to be free from the claim or claims of any person whatever, and it is my particular request that no person may meddle or interrupt them. Given from under my hand & seal this the fourth day of Novem’r one thousand eight hundred & one.
