In the name of God Amen. I John Blundall of the County of Northumberland & Parish of St. Stephens being sick & weak but of perfect sense and memory, thanks be to Almighty God for the same, do make & ordain this to be my last will and testament, and touching worldly estate as it hath please Almighty God to bless me with, I dispose of as followeth.
Item It is my desire that my two negro woman Milley and Lettey shall have their freedom after serving two years from this ensuing Christmas & their increase if any from this time.
Item I give to my loving wife Betty Blundall one negro woman named Winney & her child George & one negro man named Solomon together with their increase to her & her heirs forever.
Item It’s my desire that my loving wife Betsey Blundall shall have the following negro children Moses, Sharlot, Henry & Rose for her use till they arrive to the age of twenty five years & then it is my desire that they & their increase shall have their freedom.
Item I give to my beloved wife Betsey Blundall all the rest of my estate both real & personal except the above mentioned legatees to her & her heirs forever.
Item I also give to my loving wife all the estate both real & personal that was given to me by deed from William Hayes & Talley his wife bearing date from record October the 12 1789 to her & her heirs forever.
And lastly I do appoint my loving wife Betsey Blundall whole & sole executrix of this my last will & testament revoking all other wills by me heretofore made, & this only to be my last will in witness hereof I have set my hand & fixed my seal this nineteenth day of November one thousand seven hundred & ninety one.

Joseph Conway, Thomas Gill, Rob’t Conway
At a district court held for the district of Richmond, Westmoreland, Lancaster & Northumberland courthouse on Monday the 10th of September 1792. This last will & testament of John Blundall deceased was this day proved in open court by the oaths of Joseph Conway, Thomas Gill & Robert Conway the witnesses thereto & ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of Betsey Blundall the executrix therein named, a certificate is granted her for obtaining a probate thereof in due form she having taken the affirmation of an executrix & together with Robert Conway & John Lansdell her securities entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of twelve hundred pounds conditioned as the law directs.
