Know all men by these presents that I Benjamin Day executor of Charles Yates deceased pursuance of the last will and testament of the said Charles Yates do hereby emancipate and set free the following negroes to wit: Bett, Dick, Frank, and James Jackson. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of February 1809.
