I Euphemia T. Daniel do here write my last will & testament, being weak of body but of sound mind, do wish to dispose of my property in the following manner to wit:
1st the payment of all my just debts.
2nd it is my wish that all my servants shall be emancipated to Liberia & money to defray the necessary expense. A legacy to my nephew George Lewis Adie of $300. To my nephew Wilberforce Reid the amount due me from his father James H. Reid. To my sister Fanny Adie five dollar gold piece & a jet & gold breast pin & black silk dress. To my sister Amy Ann Reid five dollar gold piece & a jet finger ring & a light colored silk. To my brother James Tolson’s wife the choice of my bed quilts. The balance of my estate to be left to my husband Dr. Mo. M. Daniel that he has in his hands & the Floury land and to Jane E. Thompson a plain gold ring & all the books which she gave me the presents she gave me. Witness my hand & seal
