Lanie and on the 7th day of April 1851 was acknowledged by Richard Timberlake & John W. Grantham & on the 21st day of the same month was acknowledged by C.C. Lanie & in the 4th day of June 1851 was acknowledged by John D. Lanie parties thereto and admitted to record.
