June 10th 1828, Scott and State of Virginia, Witnesseth I do this day bind myself my heirs executors, administrators or assigns to Emancipate and set at Liberty my coloured girl Fanny after she serving me ten years or my heirs executors administrators or assigns and all her children borned[sic] in that time to serve until they are twenty one years old, and I do further bind myself my heirs executors administrators and assigns to board lodge & bed in a comfortable manner and give hem one good suit or comfortable cloths such should their be any increase. In witness I set my hand and affix my seal the day and year above written.
