I Abraham Miller of the Corporation of Winchester County of Frederick and Commonwealth of Virginia do by these presents emancipate and set free my negro slave Milly aged about thirty years and the said negro slave Milly is from this time and henceforth to be free and discharged from all claims right and title of me and my heirs executors and administrators and assigns forever. Witness my hand and seal this 4th February 1831.
