In the name of God Amen. I Ann HW Harris do hereby make and ordain this my last will in manner and form following.
Imprimis It is my will and desire that as soon after my death as shall be deemed best by my executor, all the perishable part of my estate shall be sold for the purpose of paying my just debts. It is my wish and I do hereby emancipate and set free all my slaves as follows: Setty, Nancy, Tom, Anthony, Ginny, Betty, Stephen, Sam, Ned, Davy, Paten, Matilda, Crecy, Jack, together with their future increase and to enable them to go out of the state, it is my wish and I hereby require that my executor sell my tract of land on which I now live, and divide the money arising from the sale among my said slaves equally.
Lastly I appoint my nephew Edward H. Moseley Executor of this my last will and testament and that no security be required of him.
In testimony whereof I do hereby set my hand and affix my seal this 15th day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty.

In Chesterfield County Court may 10th 1830, this last will and testament of Ann HW Harris deceased was proved by the oath of Hugh R Pleasants and Daniel Tereron subscribing witnesses and ordered to be recorded. On the motion of Edward H Moseley the executor in said will named who took the oath prescribed by law, and entered into bond without security, none being required, conditioned as the law directs, a certificate is granted him for obtaining probate thereof in due form.
