In the name of God Amen I Ann Cousins of the County of Chesterfield & Parish of Dale being in my perfect senses mind and memory praised to God do give & dispose of all my worldly goods in manner & form following viz.
I give & bequeath unto my daughter Martha Cousins three negroes namely Lewis Frank & Amy to her her heirs & assigns forever but if my aforesaid daughter Martha should decease before married or of lawful age then my will & desire is that the aforesaid negroes may be equally divided betwixt my two daughters Sarah Hill & Nancy Lester to them & their heirs forever.
I give & bequeath unto my grand daughters Elizabeth Cousins, daughter to William Cousins one negro girl named Mary to her & her heirs forever.
I give & bequeath unto Abraham Burton son of Charles the just sum of ten pounds of goods & lawful money to be raised out of my estate at the discretion of my executors to him & his heirs forever.
My will and desire is that my negro woman Doll for the divers good causes which I have received at her hands shall be free & clear from all servitude to any person or persons which may have any claims to the aforesaid negroes during her life.
All the residue & remaining part of my estate both real & personal I give unto my daughter Martha Cousins to her her heirs & assigns forever.
My will & desire is that George Markham William Clarke & Abraham Burton be Executors to this my last will & testament & in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this 27th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty six.
