I do hereby declare that I will not seek to retain in bondage those slaves emancipated by my deceased husband and do give up all claim to them & the land & all the corn that is coming to them provided the negroes are not kept in slavery by another person. Witness my hand & seal this twenty fourth day of March one thousand seven hundred & ninety five.
