In the name of God Amen. I being in perfect health think I must shortly die to make this my last will & what the Lord has blessed me in this life I give and beq a followeth to wit Milly, Jude, Lewis, Ledy, my negro to be free at my death, & all my livestock, beds, desk & sables, ask arising in the hands of Samuel Woodson to be equal divided between Wade N Woodson, Pen Woodson, Henry Woodson, Tarlton Woodson and John P Woodson, my sons. In witness I have here set my hand and seal this 20th day of November 1792.

At a Court held for Goochland County on the 21st day of September 1795
This writing was presented in court and proven by the oaths of Roderick Payne Pollock, Mary Pollock and Mary Payne, to be the last will and testament of Tucker Woodson deceased which was admitted to be recorded. Then Mary Pollock & Margaret Payne made oath that the Testator declared on the 18th day of May 1795 that the children (Jack and Lukey) of Milly the negro woman in the Testator will named and born since the executor therefore should likewise be free at his death as well also as her future increase which was moved to be entered of record.
