I Thomas Hutchins of Goochland County Virginia from a mature deliberate consideration and being fully persuaded that freedom is the natural right of all mankind & being will to fulfill the [illegible] of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by doing to others as I would they should do unto me do declare that having under my care a negro girl named Agga Scot eleven years old do for my self my heirs Executors admrs or assigus release unto the said Agga Scot all my right, title, claim or pretentions of claim whatsoever after she shall arrive to the age of eighteen years which will be in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & ninety two. In witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of the second month 1785.
