To all whom it may concern be it known I Jacob Keiser of Augusta County in the State of Virginia for divers good causes and considerations one thereunto moving as also in further consideration of [blank] dollars current money to me in hand paid, have from slavery liberated, manumitted and set free and by these presents do hereby release from slavery, liberate, manumit and set free my negro man Isaac Crawford being the age of [blank] years and able to work and gain a sufficient livelihood and maintenance and the said negro man named Isaac Crawford to be henceforth fere manumitted and discharged from all manner of servitude or service to me my executors or administrators for ever. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this [blank] day of [blank] in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 5.
