For and in consideration of past mentioned services and of the sum of one dollar, to me in hand paid, I do hereby emancipate and forever set free, my mulatto woman slave named Aggy (commonly called Aggy Langly) and her daughter Elizabeth. Witness my hand and seal this 30th day of October 1841.
