Virginia having under my care Three negroes (to wit) Tom a negroe&#13;
man of about Twenty three, Rachel a woman of about Twenty and Jinney&#13;
a woman of about Eighteen years of age whome I have heretofore held as&#13;
slaves, but being fully pursuaded that freedom is the natural right&#13;
