fifty Acres more or less. I give to my said son Tully Moseley and&#13;
his Heirs for ever, Also I give him a Negro Boy called America&#13;

I John McClalin of Princess Anne County being sick&#13;
of body, but of perfect mind and memory thanks be&#13;
to God for the same, do make and ordain this my last&#13;
Will and Testament, as followeth . Item. I give and beq-&#13;
ueath unto my loving wife Nanny the use and Cul&#13;
-tivation of all my Lands dureing her Widowhood&#13;
to till or cut any Timber off for the use of the family,&#13;
and at the expiration of my said loving wife’s widowhood&#13;
my Will is, that my said Land be equally divided&#13;
between my two Sons, Cason and John McClalins to&#13;
them and their heirs lawfully begotten for ever . Also&#13;
one Handmill for the sole use of my said sons Cason and&#13;
John, but if either my said sons Cason or John should&#13;
be dispos'd to sell their part of said Land or mill, he&#13;
shall sell it to the other party concern'd if he may be&#13;
dispos'd to purchase the same, by giving him the reason-&#13;
able value thereof. Item . . I give and bequeath to my&#13;
Daughter Amy McClalin one Bed and furniture, one&#13;
blue Chest, one linen Wheel and one Cow and Calf, to her&#13;
and her heirs for ever . . Item I give and bequeath to my&#13;
son James McClalin one Bed and furniture, one Chest,&#13;
one Cow and Calf, and one Horse, Saddle and bridle, to&#13;
him and his heirs for ever . . Item I leave my old Negro&#13;
Woman Cate to be free from all persons whatsoever during&#13;
her Life. Item I desire that such a part of my Estate as&#13;
my loving wife Nanny may Judge can be best spared,&#13;
be sold, and the money arising therefrom to defray such&#13;
such expences as necessarily may arise, and all the rem-&#13;
ainder of my Estate, I give to my said loving Wife during&#13;
her Widowhood and at the expiration thereof, to be sold&#13;
and equally divided between my five Children (Namely)&#13;
Amy, James, William, Dempsy and Tully McClalins.&#13;
But if either the above Amy, James, William, Dempsey&#13;
or Tully should die before possessed of said property, I desire&#13;
the said property be divided between the survivors of them .&#13;
