Now therefore in consideration of the premises –I do hereby give & grant unto the said slaves Robert and Phebe their freedom, and do by these presents emancipate and set free the said slaves absolutely and forever, and I do hereby renounce and forever quit claim to said slaves, provided however that said slaves are to migrate from and leave the said State of Virgina.
