              <text>I Mary Goode of Cambell County having under my care Two Negro namely Sarah aged Twenty six years and&#13;
Frank  aged  three  years,  Do  hereby  relinquish  all  my  Title  and  Claim  whatsoever  to  said  Negros  unto  David&#13;
Terrell  and  William  Ferrell  being  parties  thereto,  with  the  intent  that  they  the  said,  David  &amp;  William  may&#13;
Emancipate  and  sett  free  the  above  said  Negroes;  And  we  David  Terrell  &amp;  William  Ferrell  of  the  aforesaid&#13;
County  do  for  ourselves  our  heirs  &amp;c  Emancipate  and  sett  free  the  abovesaid  negroes  Sarah,  and  do  hereby&#13;
relinquish all our right Title interest and claim or pretention of Claim whatsoever either to her Person or to any&#13;
Estate she may hereafter Acquire. As also the above said Frank who we also Emancipate and set free; And we&#13;
do  for  our  selves  our  heirs  &amp;c  relinquish  all  our  Right,  Title,  Interest  and  Claim  or  pretention  of  Claim&#13;
whatsoever either to his person or to his Estate he may Acquire after he shall attain to the age of Twenty one&#13;
